You can do a lot better than this place. This is an old building and it shows after just a couple of months of living there. Plus the landlord will keep a big chunk of your deposit no matter how clean you leave the apartment when you leave. And if you try to sublet it out before your lease is over be careful because when I tried to do that he gave another apartment he had available to the person who went to sublet my apartment...so that I was stuck with my apartment and he gained a brand new tenant. Very very sneaky management so watch out! SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV

I know I wrote my own review. But maybe things have changed since you lived here, in 2004 as I can't see how you could rate them so negatively when it is so good for me?
