The Apartment is blacklisted in the IUPUI international office as well as several different schools, because of the landlord's rasist attitude towards foreigners.
This guy likes to sue people especially internationals.
Be careful!!

This is actually not true.....I checked it out today there (I work in Union Building)and there is no such list.
