I want to take a moment to recommend this apartment. It is nice. i was a little surprised to see a couple bad review. I am happy to state they do not reflect my experience. My neighbors are all sweet and nice. But, there are bound to be a few unhappy souls in every bunch, I guess. :) Before moving in, I researched it very well. I checked the Sheriffs page and there are no bad guys who live here and the student services at IUPUI recommended it highly. There are lots of international students like me (ELS program) and all are nice. The landlord had a Chinese New Years Party for us last year in the party room. So nice. My feeling is that for the location, pretty building and price, you cannot do any better in downtown Indy. Price included all utilities except electric, which is good for me as I do not have social security number.
