Victoria apartment is the best place I lived so far in USA.
Everyone in the building is friendly. Our dearest landlord (Douglas), the staff (Bill), and my neighbor treats everyone with respect. The parking was very safe because it is gated and it is secured. The noise is very minimal, but in very rare occasion you can listen anything happen on top of you. (I lived in the 2nd floor). The complex is well kept. Doug and Bill did a lot of maintenance time to time to keep the building look nice. Safety is good inside the building, and the area as well. The construction was built well. I never give it a 5 star because of the age of this building. Maintenance was very responsive. You will get helped within an hour if it is in the same day. The staff was very friendly, Bill love to joke around. :)
Overall, I will give this apartment a 5/5 rating because I love this place. The only reason I move out from Victoria is that I need a 1 bedroom. Just wish they have 1 bedroom, I willing to pay more price for it because I love that place.
