terrible unsafe place to live

my biggest concern is that they let convicted felon's live here and for theft it is a unsafe place to live I know of one apartment very close that the door was broken in and it was the neighbor but no arrest was made constint fights drinking every where if you have kids not a good place actually a horrible place to live
