Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
This place is a dump. I've had countless problems and would not recommend this place or anyplace owned by AIMCO. I've lived in older communities before, but they were kept up better than this place. The cabinet drawers don't shut properly, poor overall output of water in the shower and sometimes I have a hard time just unlocking and locking my door. I can't wait til my lease is up.
