I moved here in Aug 2009 and our first night was spent cleaning the apt so we could sleep. There were living and dead roaches in just about every room. We noted what we had found the next day when they gave us the inspection sheet and then ask for photos of the issues we found. I guess they figure we were thinking we better have a camera handy. In the end I have to assume the risk of renting sight unseen so for those considering living here I would say look before you sign and have a camera ready. Only
other negative is the guy that lives upstairs we think the ceiling is going to cave in he is noisy as hell it sounds like a circus act is going on up there. Now for the positive the mngmnt to their credit did compensate me 2 months pet rent for our troubles.I dont have kids around me so it s quiet outside and they do keep the property pretty clean. Lighting is good and I don t see any gang banger types hanging around so weekends here are quiet.Allmost forgot to mention you will not find a linen closet or any drawers in the bathroom.You will also have limited counter space in the kitchen It's ok if you dont cook and no storage on the patio either hope this has been helpful.
