I recently lived in this communtiy for 4 years. Overall my experience at Villa Paree wasn't half-bad, though it had it's problems. The pros of this place was: the courteous office staff and the promptness by which the maintenance crew responded to my calls. Also, the location is goodthe rent was cheap, and there was always plenty of parking. The cons were: thin walls, A/C went out at least once every summer, but especially BUGS! I had several problems with cockroaches each year I was there. Instead of having my apt sprayed for them (as I requested and preferred), they merely laid 'bait traps' for the roaches, which were mostly ineffective. I might have stayed another year if it were not for the bugs. Wished I would have gotten an upstairs apt instead.
