I've lived in Villa paree for one year, you get a nice large apt for a great price in a good location. I've gotten new windows & doors, and all new kitchen appliances. I've had my car broken into twice & stolen once since moving here in July '05. I've seen several cars with slashed tires & broken windows, but the apt itself was a good deal for the price/location.
