Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
I should have visited this complex @ about midnight any night of the week before moving in. Heard @ least 5 car stereos booming heavy hip-hop music EVERY night from midnight to 7 am as they drove by my apt. Management refused to help me(refused to create a list x-referencing apartment #'s w/ license plate numbers), but instead wrote a certificed letter to me letting me know that i would be evicted if I continued to confront these peace disturbers. Lots of drug dealing here, too.
