Very loud neighbors (the car stereo issue referenced by a previous resident is spot on) and unfriendly office staff and a generally unpleasant environment make this the worst place I have ever lived. At $399 per month for a one-bedroom you won't find a cheaper place in the area, but do yourself a favor and spend another $100-$150 per month and enjoy a much higher quality of life at many of the other apartment complexes close by.
