When me and my best friend moved in these apartments we expected the rent not to be high but they really didn't tell us about a R.U.B.S. fee. They said that this is supposed to be a gas bill but never seen a gas furnace in our apartment. I think they are trying to give us young people a hard time instead of trying to work with you as far as rent goes. the management are so rude like ----- hanging the phone up when we were about to move out because they had evicted us because they had always let us pay half of the rent and pay the rest when we had got paid again. Head manager ----- always was spying on our apartment and she would talk to you like she was trying to be your mother. The just started fixing up the apartments before we had moved. They should had done this sooner when we lived there. They don't care if you are trying to make a good living. They are the most money hungry management that I have ever seen. If you were to lose your job they wouldn't care about how bad you were doing. For this being my very first apartment, this was one of the most bad experiences that I have ever had to deal with. I am begging everyone that is thinking about moving here, Please, Please, Please don't move here. I hope that someone that has lived in these apartments can start to have a paper signed with lots of signatures so we can get these apartments shut down and get the extra money that we had payed out of our pockets back from them. If I remember anything else I will list it as soon as possible.
