This Place is a Dump!

These apartments are over priced dumps, spend some extra money and get yourself a better apartment. The staff does not tell you about the R.U.B.S charge, which is a monthly gas charge. They got a habbit of not letting see the apartment before you rent it. Look out for fork tongue ----- don't believe anything she says. Snow removal in the parking lots is very bad, better get a snow shovel to dig your car out. Check with the local Better Business Bureau on these apartments. I'm counting the days until my lease is up and I'm outta here! Most of these apartments need be gutted and remodeled or torn down, you got old appliances and old worn out kitchen and bathroom cabinets, counter tops and breakfast bar, rusted, nasty and corroded water faucets in bathrooms and kitchen. Outdated and worn out sinks in kitchen and bathroom, cracks forming in the walls and sloppy paint jobs and all the doors in bedrooms, closets and patio need to be replaced. The apartment managment is currently offering residents $300.00 if they refer someone to this dump and they sign a lease, I seriously doubt if they would honor this too! I would not refer someone to this dump for $3,000.00, let alone $300.00! Avoid these apartments like the plague! This is the worst experience in my years of apartment living. I highly recommend you find somewhere else to live! Even the handful of the so-called remodeled apartments, is remodeling on the cheap, its only a cosmetic thing and they are still overpriced dumps and are not worth the money! These so-called remodeled apartments were going for $509 a month for a one bedroom, the price is now $479 a month and still not worth it, that should tell you something, I look for the price to go even lower! And they did, it's now $449 a month and still not worth it! Remember you get what you pay for, in this case, you don't even get that! The only good thing I can about this dump, is I have no seen any cockroaches yet' If you are over age 40 and looking for quality of life or just over age 40, this is not the place for you! I'm not 100% sure, I think this apartments are going section 8 too! I glad I'm getting out of here soon too! Bottom line, if you decide to move to this dump and they do not let you see your apartment before you rent it and sign a lease, take your money and run! You will be sorry, I was! I would also take pictures of your apartment before you leave, if you want your deposit back. The area is nice, its these apartments that are bad!
