This apartment complex is almost as bad as the Meadows, minus the murders. I don't understand why places like this even stay open. The bathrooms are nasty, mold creeping out of your walls, the faucets are nasty and corroded. I believe the maintenance barely has a HS diploma because there was supposed to be a cabinet door fixed due to the screws rotting out the wood, well he called himself screwing it back in and I believe 10 minutes later the cabinet door fell off again. They don't show you your apartment, they just tell you how great it is and how comfortable of a complex it is. I will give it to them that they don't have roaches, well not in my apartment, I can't speak for others. Another thing that I just don't understand is the hot water.... They tell you that you don't pay for water but you do. That's what the R.U.B.S program is. What is the sense in having water when they always turn the hot water off'' You can't clean anything with cold water. When they do turn it off, they never tell you why, they just turn it off and when it comes back on your faucets are screaming bloody murder to push water through. When the water finally comes through, it not even filtered at all, it's very white and cloudy which is the debris and corrosion from the pipelines. VERY UNHEALTHY!!! The management is about as dumb as a box of rocks. She came into my apartment for a little check up, making sure that everything is in tact... Well there was one problem, in all of the apartments there is a fire extinguisher, which is in the exact same spot as all the other apartments. When she walked past my door, she rudely said, "WHERE IS THE FIRE EXTINGUISHER!" I politely said, "It's on the wall, where it's supposed to be." It's blatantly right in the open, you can't miss it coming to the bathroom, going to the kitchen and/or bedroom. Cars do get broken into here, so no your vehicle is not safe. I'm warning you now, stay away from here, you're wasting money coming here. You can live downtown for almost the same price.

This poster is right, you are wasting your money on these apartments. And for about the same price you can live in the downtown area, I did!
