The people that own this complex are by far the most rude,and un-caring people I have ever dealt with.
They bombard you with numerous hidden fees such as RUBS,and other fines if you do not adhere to their INSANE guidelines.
The crime is terrifying, my car was actually used as a shield in a gang fight,and suffered roughly 40-50 bullet piercings due to hand gun fire. This is TRUE, not a JOKE.
There are strange people always wondering around the area, because of the drug selling.
A few blocks either way are perfectly fine neighborhoods.
Also, if you own a vehicle in anything other than PRISTINE cosmetic condition, they will try to tow your car every other day.
Its amazing how much effort they put into keeping cars with a dented side panel out of the apt complex, but cannot afford to have police patrol the area.
DO NOT LIVE HERE.

I've lived here for three years. This place does have its problems, including some moderate crime. (My patio chairs were stolen two days after I got them.) But the gang fight story with 40/50 rounds in the car? Pure fiction. Didn't happen.
