I have had so many problems with my apartment, it's ridiculous. I have had slugs and mold in my apartment and I've had an ongoing water issue since November that has YET to be corrected. Every time I've contacted the front office, they've been rude and unhelpful. Every time a work order had to be filed, it took me calling them numerous times to get ANYTHING done.
At first I didn't have any problems with the complex, but once I started having maintenance issues, I realized how poorly managed this property is. No one at the corporate office nor the front office cares about the issues I've experienced and every time I speak with someone, they make ridiculous excuses for everything. I have yet to be compensated for anything!
