This place is a little older, but has a great price and great floorplans. When we take a shower, we have to wear shower shoes because of the drain problem. It took us three months and a V.P. of the management company before it was fixed. The manager, Sha, is worthless here. We loved our apartment, but the place is not managed well. The location is great, too. It is not first-class, but if you are on a budget and don't want to live in the ghetto, this is the place to be.
