Very disappointing....

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
I moved to Bent Tree in July 2003 and was very excited and pleased at what I saw when I looked at the sample apt. Yes, they offer amenities such as b-ball, tennis, pools, and are now building a park (which should have already been on the property). But, like others have already stated:
1. The maintenance absolutely sucks. I have had to call 4,5,6,7 times just to get something fixed.
2. My ceiling in the laundry room had a leak due to the above apt's leaking washer. It was so bad that the ceiling slumped, like it was about to cave in and all they did was PAINT over it. Then, a short time later, I had the very same problem, complained about it and finally maintenance fixed it. However, they did not paint a spot in the corner, now it is a water stain looking at you when you walk into the closet.
3. If I would have known about this website, I would not have moved in here and I can not wait for my lease to be over so I can get out a dodge!!!!
