Very poor maintenance

I will not recommend this to any of my friends. Their maintenance is very poor. They do not respond to your calls. I had a problem with my microwave and it took 6 months to get that fixed. I had to get another microwave. And when i asked them they kept saying that they have no control over the maintenance people. The customer service is poor.
Although i have noticed a change in the maintenance and the customer service in the past 2 months. They have improved a bit but it is definitely not a place that i would recommend to anybody.
