The apartment isnt that bad at all, I cant recall a time I had to call maintence so I have no remarks there either. I have a theory though, if you have dont have any problems then there wont be any problems. Fine and dandy, but when it comes to merrit, and honesty.. Bent tree bites. They lied to me numerous times about what was availabe to me and plus.. they charged me around 750.$$ when I moved out due to animals.. HELLLOO, Im allergic to animals and didnt have any.!!! That amount is still on my credit. They did the same thing to my aunt who lived there. I think they have a rip-off artist working for them. If you dont mind throwing money away for resons unjust- you shouldnt have problems here

What are they charging you for? Just curious...seeing as I plan on moving out here soon due to work and am wondering what I might be expecting... :) Thanks!

We signed a 3 month lease, and told them we were moving out of state at that time. We then also gave a formal letter to a gentleman , whom of course no longer works there. Almost a year later, we have been informed that we were sent to collections, for a 1000.00 penalty for not giving then a letter, and then collection agency then tacked on another 1500.00 in fees. 1194.00 just for sent notices, that of course, we did not recieve. So now we are faced with this hassle, and are finding out we are not the only ones. We will be fighting this one..
