Bent Tree isn't all that bad place to be at. The maintenance people are reasonable you just have to let them know how serious your are and how serious the problem. The parking here sucks i do know that much. Its a hassle coming home at night becuz your not going to get a parking spot near your building. The hallways are iffy at times. Maintenence needs to start cleaning the carpets in the buildings. Also, make sure you lock in the deal that the person who showed you the apartment offers or the price will change and they will not tell you. All in all its a good community, you just have to know how to work the system and i must say the staff is pretty good. And how about we need some more street lights in the back'' Um all we need is someone to get robbed (which hasn't happened) or raped or just feel extremely unsafe to the point of complaining.
