Great Place From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/18/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I love my apartment here and the staff. I have lived here for almost a year, and my apartment is wonderful. In the year I have been here, I have only had 2 maintenance problems and they were both taken care of the same day. All of the office staff are friendly and professional whenever I pay my rent. They are doing all kinds of stuff to the clubhouse in the spring, and it is supposed to be the best in Indy. They are also taking care of a lot of building things, such as new siding, etc. The person that said the place has poor communication couldn't be further from the truth. Everytime I have had a question or concern I was able to sit down with the manager or assistant manager who both communicated very well with me. One month I had trouble paying my rent and the manager as well as the assistant sat down with me for an HOUR explaining all of my options to me, and that they did want to keep me as a resident despite my financial troubles. I would say taking time out of running this large of a property to address one resident's concerns for an HOUR is excellent communication!
