Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
When i first moved in maintenance was great very helpful and responded quickly. After a month or so they stopped fixing things that were wrong. The leasing people would tell me that they put in a request, but nothing ever got fixed. The leasing people would change so often you never knew who was working there. They decided to change policy 11 months into my 15 month lease. I would never suggest anyone ever move into this place. None of the people I know that live here are renewing their lease. The people that say they like this place are the people that work here posting.
