I have been living in Bent Tree, phase II for about 2 years now and for the most part the community is fine. It's as close to everything that you could possibly ask for. Most of the residents are at least cordial enough to speak but keep to themselves. I have known a couple of incidents that occured where peoples' cars have been broken into but for the most part thats it with the exception of the one crazy drunk guy that the police had to save from himself with a little force. Maintenance comes out in a timely manner and usually fixes problems quickly. The office staff is friendly when I go in. I can't really complain because I know that there are people in a much worse situation paying more than what I am.
