I lived there for 3 years. In the beginning all was well. One night my neighbors tub leaked thru my ceiling. I called maintenance and they came by to inspect it. Three months later, and threatening to call an attorney, they finally came and fixed a hole 2 foot by 3 foot in my ceiling. They lost my rent check one time and threatened to evict me. Then they found it under a desk calendar. Also, one Christmas they signed for a package of mine in the office, and then lost it. I was not compensated or apologized to. The rent will jump up at least $100 a month everytime you re-sign your lease. Cars being broken in to, cars being torched, and a trash heap by the maintenance building where you wash your car is what you have to look forward to at these a apartments. Like I said.....STAY AWAY!!!!!
