Village of Bent Tree - Bent Tree I, II & III

Overall, not bad....Pricey though From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/7/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   My husband and I are new to the area. Because of this, we chose this apt complex b/c another friend of ours was living here and my husband's new job was nearby. The first impressions of the place were nice, but I was disappointed when we were signing our lease to find out only then that we have a 75 dollar addendum on our lease for a garage that leaks and a door that does not always stay closed. This completely threw me off along with a $30/month charge for our appliances. Also, I had to stay on them to make sure that everything on our move-in sheet was documented-we will see if we get the deposit back-even though our place is probably cleaner now that we have lived there for almost 8 months than it was when we first moved in. The apt is huge and it is a decent neighborhood, but be prepared to pay the price for these. The reason we are more than likely going to move out at the end of our lease is because we are trying to buy a house and need to have less expensive rent.
