I have lived in these apartments for a little over a year, there is a trail of garbage going up our stairs, directly to our neighbors door. Grease and all. I have spoken with management about it several times and no effort has been made to clean the area. The first complaint was made in May, it is now December and the trash is STILL there. Children have no obedience in this neighborhood. There are children running all hours of the night, fights occur on a weekly, sometimes daily basis. There is no patrol for the area. If you call the courtesy officer, most likely he's not around to help. There is one to two maintenance workers total for the property who work hard to try to keep the area picked up but service calls are slow due to not having enough help. The apartment manager is a complete idiot. Other than the trash and horrible management, I love the layout and size of my apartment.
