The apartment itself was very nice...there was always trash in the parking lot, walkways and stairway. When I first moved there, I was told all about how they kept the grounds clean and fined tenants that kept trash outside their doors. This was so not the case. There was a bedframe outside a neighbor's door for nearly 4 months before it was finally removed. I lived close to the playground so naturally noisy. There's a lot of kids in this complex. They play in the streets and do not move when cars are coming. I have several marks on my car from the kids and others hitting my car with their car doors.
