Waterford Place Apartments

Okay place to live From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/19/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   The grounds could be very beautiful but there is NO grass. The ground is all mud, or dead grass. The apartment fixtures are not up to date. You can tell these apartments were built in the 80's and they have done hardly anything to update them (ie: the kitchen cabinets, the closet doors, and the bathroom fixtures). Overall a nice place to live for the price.
