I moved in in May this year from a different apts on the northside
Everything is very nice the lake views are great very relaxing plus all the neighbors are very friendly
Office staff is also very friendly and easy to work with
I havent had any maintinence issues but everything seems very well maintained
Definitly worth considering if your looking for the southside close to everything and at a reasonable rent
