I've lived at Waterford for about 9 months. We have had only one disruptive neighbor and they were evicted after causing too much noise.
My husband and I do 'catch and release' from the lake behind our building. We feed the geese and ducks and in the spring have the pleasure of goslings and ducklings to watch.
One night I forgot my keys in the door and at 7 the next morning when she went to work, our neighbor knocked on the door to wake me and let me know I'd left my keys behind.
Overall, the staff and our neighbors have been friendly. We'll be staying another year at least. Even then the only reason we'd move is because we're looking at another state!
