I moved out last spring when my 12-month lease was over. These apartments at nice, but I always felt cramped in my one bedroom, especially considering the amount of rent I was paying compared to other places nearby. The staff was not nearly as friendly as where I now live. Mantenience was slow at times - the two problems I had most frequently were my hot water heater malfunctioning (during the winter moneths, of course) and water running from my light switch. The apartment was very noisy (liek living under at elephant at times) but that may have been the neighbor and not the apartment. For the price, there are much better, bigger apartments out there. The grounds are not very attractive, with most of the grass consisting of mud and straw the whole year I lived there.
