I have lived at Waterford Place for two years. It is a great deal for the cost. Maintenance staff and office staff are great. The buildings are about 16 years old but very nice. Routine maintenance has been required in apartment. Everything has always been fixed in a timely manner and properly. We do have lots of geese and they do eat the grass but they are always on top of it. A very nice place to call home.
