I absolutely hate it here. There are wires that hang out of my chandelier that they say are "supposed to be there," my back door does not latch, there are TONS of brown recluse spiders around, they have refused to fix my self cleaning stove that is all but self cleaning, the bathroom cabinents are terribly old and outdated and the vanity top is so cheap that it is stained from waterspots. I will definitely be relocating at the end of my lease b/c I don't feel like they care to have good tennants; if they did, they would take care of their concerns.
