I have read some of the other reviews and yeah the rent is a little more expensive then that of other communities...but it is so worth it for the space, and the great grounds and the good cliental of my neighbors. The office was always so helpful and the maintenence fixed right things the first time.It was very important to me that I did not have to wait 4-5 days for a little things such as a furnance filter. I have lived at a couple other apartments on the south side and this was the best by far. Unfortunately I have since moved into to a house... but I would definetely recommend anyone to this community.
