I have lived at Waterford for just over 5 years. I love the location and the building's facade but the rent is too high and I agree with everyone else that if you're going to pay that price, you should see some renovations and upgrades. If I ever have concerns, they are addressed the same day, depending on the time, but it's true that a lot of ghetto newly 21 year olds are making the complex a little noisy. I'm in my late 20's and have outgrown late nights so if they continue to let youngsters move in, at least put them all in the same building so they can share their mary jane and alcohol stories together.
