I just moved to Waterford and I think for my money I recieved a very good deal. I moved in December and for the price, which is reasonable when you consider the neighborhood, location, and the size of the apartment. I wanted a middle range apartment- not in the getto and but still with a pool and good services, and a nice apartment.I know it is not brand new, but it is still very upkept. I feel I found it here and I would definitely recommend it to anyone here.
