I lived in these apartments for 2 years and I regret the entire time! The staff acts polite when they want you to sign a lease, but after you do, they are inconsiderate and careless when maintaining the property. The lake area is so fowl, I never allowed my dog to walk out there. Right before your lease ends they ask you to resign, yet they surprise you by increasing the rent by about $50 a month. When someone did come out to maintain the lawn or apartment hallways well, hopefully you don t sleep past 7am. And to top it off, my lease ended on the 31st of the month but I had moved my things early except my second car. When I went back before the lease was up to get my car, they had towed it away 2 days before. So I would highly recommend never considering any property owned by this company. I now lease from someone who cares more about me & the property, than making a quick buck. And I ve never been happier!!! Good deals are out there, and this is NOT one of them. Keep looking!

I am a current resident who has lived at Waterford Place for over four months. In response to the lake condition, there are a lot of Canadian geese on the property during the spring and part of the summer, but I do have to say that the property has responded well by hiring a bird removal team. It consists of five or six dogs and two guys. The dogs chase away the geese. This was very effective! The geese population has literally been cut in half. I did not find the lake to be disgusting- no trash or debris in or around it.
I have NEVER had a problem with maintenance cleaning the hallways and waking me up. At the very least, I'm thankful that they have someone to do this and I am not the one doing it.
I do agree with the part about raising rent. I am on a six-month lease and was already paying market rate. Aparently the market rate went up by $30 per month on a one bedroom. That makes my rent close to $600 for $650 sq. ft. Not all that great for what I am (not) getting. I guess it can't be that bad since I am staying on a month-to-month basis. The neighborhood is awesome.
