It's very quiet...we like it

I have lived here for about coming up on my third year and we can't be happier. Our building is very quiet and let's face it....you get what you pay for. All of the other reviews talking about how it is overpriced'''!! When I renewed my lease my rent went up only $15.00 per month. That's not even 3.5% increase. I guess since I work in the apartment business...(an no I do not work there.) I know how hard it is to keep a community well maintained. The office staff has always been very nice, and the maintenance rocks!!! I would definately recommend!!
