We've lived there for nearly 3 months and already we can't stand it. I am awoken nearly every morning by a jackhammer sound (very unpleasant). The dishwasher was broke when we moved in, then the garbage disposal broke, and now the A.C. is not working. The hallways badly need maintenance (the paint is chipping and it stinks.) The "Laundry room" is one washer and one dryer costing a total of $1.75 per load, and that's if you can get up at 3am and do your laundry because it is the only time the machines are not in use. The workout room is a joke, and the neighbors are very loud and unfriendly. I got suckered by the beautiful model and the "fireplace" and unfortunatly i still have 9 months left on my lease.
