To much of a headache.

We lived at Waterside for 2 years and it started out okay. Appliances were old and the dishwasher smelled all the time, we live thru it. Then our neighbors downstairs started drinking, partying and fighting and that was all she wrote. My kids would wake up and cry because of the loudness, cursing, banging, slamming of doors. Police never came out on noise complaints and the retired 'cop' they claim to have, never made an appearance either. Many, many, many complaints, nothing was done. Even tho we weren't the only ones to complain about them and even some of the office people heard them in the next building. Then many -------- moved in and took over the hallways and parking spots. They would leave the door open to the apt and listen to music loudly while they sat around in the hallway. They would be on t he stairwell and hardly move for you when you were carrying kids or groceries. Parking spots were impossible to find on the weekends. Doing laundry was a joke, people would take out our laundry and put it on the floor or just stop washer or dryer. The dryer never got our clothes dried anyways, we had to hang them over doors. We reported our dissatisfaction with the laundry and were told a 'laundry guidelines' would be sent out, yet I never saw it the last 6 months I was there. I don't recommend this place. We ended up breaking our lease and building a house and life is so much better now.
