This is not a great place to live. For a single guy who needed something inexpensive, it wasn't bad, but it's gone downhill on the last three years. I was burglarized within the first two weeks of living there, and my efforts to improve security were left completely up to me. Improvements have been made to the look of the place, but rent has gone up, and service has gone down. Maintenance was never that great, and it hasn't improved. Everything's old and cleanup between tenants is terrible. Be ready to clean up after the previous resident. Better yet, stay away from this place unless you really, really love it.
