I have lived in these apartments for two years, and haven't had much problems until the last few months. I have put in numourous requests with on call security regarding the person living below me, and they have yet to call me back.
My clothes and towels were being stolen out of the washer/dryer in the building. All my towels! They said they would put out a general letter to all the residents in the building, and the letter said - please remove your laundry in a timely manner! Arg.
The office staff are really hateful, and customer service is OBVIOUSLY not their priority.
