when i first moved here it was great but now that we have new owners it's awful. Cars are being broken into,drug deals,and lets not forget our friendly neighborhood staff and maintence...NOT. They both have no idea what their doing i have been without a working stove for 3 months now and the fridge freezes everything and all of my face to faces, phone calls and emails go unanswered.All they seem to care about is getting there rent and lets not forget the construction woes i had they broke my patio window one week and turned around the next week and drop something on my AC and I had to go the rest of the summer without it because it has yet to be fixed and to top it off now that its cold my furnance stoped and is leaking carbon monoxide I was told by the maintance man who took 2 hrs. to get here and the manager told him not to disconnect the furnance but to let it run anyway and he'll worry about it on Mon. which means now I have to buy heaters to stay warm oh JOY!! The management are JERKS and the complex is nothing but a big JOKE. I will not be renewing and the can kiss me '''

I am the manager at Waterside at Castleton and would like to make corrections to the comments made by "Anonymous". I have only been involved with Waterside since November 26, 2007. I can only correct the comments made in regards to the heater malfunction. I received a call from our maintenance supervisor and he advised me of the situation with the heater. The resident was informed the heater would have to be turned off and we offered to buy several space heaters for him to use through the night. I informed Anonymous it would take me about and hour to pick up the heaters and deliver them to him. He stated he could get them much quicker and didn't mind doing so. He did offer this contingent upon Waterside reimbursing him for the space heaters. I stated we would gladly reimburse him and reiterated my earlier offer to pick up the heaters and deliver them. He declined as he stated he had to go to Wal-Mart anyway as he had just arrived back in town. The apartment heater was replaced the next day and Anonymous was reimbursed for the space heaters he purchased at Wal-Mart.

This NEW management JVM is the worst. Do an online search www.jvmcorp.com since they took over these apartments it has been AT WORST. Move when you can , anyone who reads this. The young women hang out like roaches in the summer.
