I lived in these apartments in 2003 for a year and it was great. The maintenance and management were amazing. I moved here in 2007 and I have had a horrible time. The biggest problem is when i moved in the outlet for my dryer did not fit my dryer cord. I called the office and maintenance looked at it and spoke to the manager. I guess the manager said I had to get a converter. So I went to Lowes and got a new cord. We replaced the cord and plugged it in and when I started the dryer it blew my control panel. It cost $180 to replace the control panel.When installed it and tried to start it again it blew it again. Come to find out the outlet was wired wrong and the breaker was messed up. I have called the office many times and went up there to speak to the manager about refunding me for the control panel b/c it was there fault. It has been two weeks and he never calls back and conveniently it never there when I call. This is a horrible way to run a business.

I am the manager at Waterside at Castleton and would like to apologize again to Anonymous for the inconvenience they experienced. Anonymous was reimbursed for the cost of the control panel and given a concession on their rental account for their inconvenience. I would like to thank Anonymous for the 2 residents they have referred to Waterside in 2008. Anonymous has received $1,400 this year in resident referral rewards.
