I have lived at Waterside now for about a year and I am very happy. Yes, there have been issues with other residents causing propblems, but isn't that kind of inevitable with anywhere you live. As far as the office staff goes, they are all different from when I moved in and I have to say thank goodness the management changed!!!! They are friendly and always willing to help, not anything like the other old staff.
