	I would recommend Waterside. They have been great. When I moved in I had new carpet and the place was very clean. My complex is quiet and the neighbors are fine.

	I have been living here for 7 months and the first 6 months were a dream without any need for maintanance...then...after that everything kept breaking...my neighbor beside me got robbed and then about 2-3 weeks later my other neighbor underneath ... more
