Waterstone advertises itself as "Luxury Apartments", but they are far from it. The only thing luxury about this place is the price that they charge! The office staff is generally rude and not very helpful. The maintenance often did not fix problems (such as water leaking from the bathroom ceiling) even after being notified about them several times. The so-called security gates are a joke. The often do not work for days or weeks at a time, and even when they do work, they are not very effective at keeping non-residents for getting into the complex. My rent seemed to fluctuate from month to month, going up at a whim. I'd often get notices that my account had been credited for some mysterious reason, and then be charged late fees for when all of my rent didn't add up. The grounds are generally safe, although I did have a couple of problems with vandalism to my car. Generally speaking, these apartments are not worth the outrageous amount of rent they are charging. They are no better than the dozen or so other apartment complexes in the area. Do yourself a favor and do not live here.
