I used my company's apartment locator to find a place to live when I moved here, only to find out later that I'd only been shown the most expensive complexes. Waterstone apartments are nice inside (big closets, high ceilings) but the floorplans are really small for the amount of money you pay. The office staff is rude, the gates are always broken, snow is not removed in the winter, and I get an outrageous number of spiders and bugs in my apartment (despite the weekly sprayings).
