Great Apartment, but Overpriced

I lived in Waterstone for two years and except for the high rent was more than happy. Maintenance requests were handled promptly, and I never had a problem with the staff being rude. During my two year stay I never heard my neighbors at all in my apartment, and I never had a problem with parking. My suggestion would be to request an end unit and one of the buildings behind Target as there is adequate parking there.
The interior of my apartment was great, it was spacious, the bathroom had plenty of storage space, and the walk in closet was nice sized.
I agree with everyone elses comments on the gates.. they were a joke, if you are considering living here because of the security of a gated community don't let them fool you. They are broken frequently, and even when they do work people who obviously aren't residents will follow you in.
But really, my only problem was the rent, I signed my lease with a special and when it came to an end it really did. I was told when I originally signed my lease that I could resign with another discount if one was going on at the time, but when it came time to resign my lease I was informed the specials were for new residents only.
Overall, it was a great apartment with a nice pool and work out facility.
